Dear Upper Pine Parents/Guardians:
Grade 4 & 7 students and our staff will be completing the Student Learning Survey from the Ministry of Education. Parents/Guardians of Upper Pine students also have the opportunity to provide feedback through the same Student Learning Survey.
If you would like to complete the survey, click on the link below. To access the survey, in the parent section of the survey login screen, select Direct Access and choose School District 60, then Upper Pine Elementary School. Participation is voluntary but your feedback is important to our school, SD60 and the Ministry of Education.
